Tanks are located in front of Dong Xuan Market and Hang Da Market as well as Son Tay flower garden near the T-junction of Quang Trung and Trang Thi streets.
The tanks are 1.2 metres high and 50 centimetres wide, providing high-standard water meeting Ministry of Health requirements. Local residents and tourists are very happy with this service.
