Over 500 enterprises in the province have registered to seek new workers for production expansion. Nearly 90% of workers needed are unskilled labourers in textiles, footwear, electronics, and wood. Companies such as Taekwang Vina in Biên Hòa 2 industrial zone, Changshin Việt Nam in Vĩnh Cửu district, and Pousung Việt Nam in Bầu Xéo industrial zone are looking for at least 500 workers. The provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs will hold the first job fair of the lunar year on Feb 25th.
