The documentary "I hope to return" will tell the audience the stories of Vietnamese children currently living and working abroad. As the COVID-19 pandemic spread around the world, the lives and work of Vietnamese expats have been severely affected.
The film revolves around the story of nine characters from nine different cities in nine countries, among them, there are a Facebook tech product designer who was desperate because he couldn't find a job due to the pandemic; a YouTuber with more than 80,000 followers, fighting COVID in Russia alone and a Vietnamese doctor who fights on the front line against the epidemic in Hungary for 14 months.
The true images of their lives were shot by the characters themselves.
The documentary Waiting for the Day will air on October 15 at 8:10 p.m. on VTV1. Stay tuned!
