As Vietnam is integrating into a rapidly changing and increasingly complicated world, the country also faces a wide range of diplomatic challenges. How can Vietnamese diplomacy contribute the most to national benefits and enhance Vietnam’s position in the world? On the sidelines of the on-going 29th Diplomatic Conference, VTV spoke to with some Vietnamese ambassadors to find out more.
So far, Vietnam has established comprehensive and strategic partnerships with 25 countries. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh said the major task of Vietnamese diplomacy in the coming time is to strengthen current relations to take advantage of any international resources to contribute to developing and protecting the country.
