Af This is part of the effort to switch from paper to electronic invoices under the proposal of the Ministry of Finance. Accordingly, firms will have to obtain all of their invoices from an authorized tax department / instead of printing their own.
The tax department of Da Nang is now reviewing and selecting eligible enterprises to test the program.
According to the regulations, enterprises will be allowed to register using electronic invoices / if they meet the following conditions: they have been granted tax codes and are operating in areas where they can access and use the Internet / and they have digital certificates as prescribed by law, and digital certificates must have valid tax identification numbers.
