Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam highlighted the need to operate actively and encourage competition among agencies. Over the past five years, there have been nearly 12,000 articles and scientific works published. The number of patents has also risen by 62%. Vietnam was among the top 3-ASEAN countries in terms of the global innovation index. The ministry pledged to promote a technological market, integration and incentives for start-ups in Vietnam in the coming time.
