Bach Long Vi Island is situated over 100km from the mainland and cannot be connected to the national grid. EVN has combined wind, solar energy and diesel to cater to the island’s energy needs. Once fully operational, the power project will benefit Bach Long Vi’s 1,000 residents. EVN vowed to ensure sufficient power supply for local residents, as part of moves to develop the local economy.
