The conference was organized by Skyway Belarus with the participation of a number of transporation experts from in and outside the country. Skyways have been applied in many developed and developing nations, and features advantages such as reducing trasnport time, decreasing air pollution, solving traffic delays as well as working well with complex geographical features without the need for tunnels. The costs of carrying out this type of project is also believed to be 5 to 20 times lower compared to other forms of advanced transport systems. Participants voiced their opinion that skyway technology would work well in Vietnam, with major transport routes such as the North-South traffic way or the HCMC to Nha Trang tourism route.
