Communication skills for workers promoted
VTV.vn - By early July, Dong Thap province has sent more than 1,100 workers abroad, exceeding 100% of this year's target.
Japan is the largest recipient of Dong Thap labor. In order to meet the market demand, localities have changed the way they train their workers. In addition to vocational training, laborers also pay attention to language as well as working style and to behave as the people in the host country.
