Central Military Commission meeting

Speaking at the meeting, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong praised the efforts of the Central Military Commission to fulfill its tasks for this year, contributing to protecting the country and fostering defense ties with other countries. He asked the commission to be prepared to deal with a more complicated global and regional situation and improve its leadership and capacities to fulfill its tasks for next year. He also required the commission and the Ministry of Defense to continue activities to enhance military co-operation with other countries in the region and wider afield.
