At the meeting, he spoke highly the province's achievements in all areas despite the difficulties posed by climate change. He asked the province to draft appropriate plans for the irrigation system to ensure sufficient water in the locality. The chairman also urged the province to develop tourism on a larger scale and promote renewable energy. On the same day, he and other officials examined Phú Lạc wind power project in Tuy Phong District and cattle breeding project in Bắc Bình District to assess the implementation of renewable energy projects and the agricultural development of the province.
