VTV.vn - The international conference on the smart city concept took place on Monday in Binh Duong Province. The province has set the goal of becoming a smart-city, but it aware of the challenges to this ambitious target.

Besides the exhibited technological solutions, the province introduced long-term solutions to create significant changes and develop Binh Duong into a smart-city.
