Accordingly, the PM requested to only apply the fixed incentive tariff for projects / that have signed power purchase contracts and will be going into operation in the following year.
The remaining projects and new projects will then shift to public, competitive bidding to reduce electricity buying prices. The PM asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade to coordinate with ministries and localities to accelerate the construction of the transmission grid / in order to prevent deflation which will be bad for investors.
