At the meeting with Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko, Dinh Dung welcomed the joint ventures to manufacture and assemble trucks and ten-seater cars in Vietnam. He also hoped the two countries would further co-operate in education, culture and health.
Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko stressed that Belarus was willing to co-operate with Vietnam via joint ventures. The country produces 7 million tyres and plans to buy rubber from Vietnam.
He also promised that Belarus will also favor Vietnamese exporters.
