The leaders of the four countries agreed on the measures to facilitate trade and investment, which include the simplification and harmonization of customs clearance procedures and the continued development of industrial parks along economic corridors. Measures to promote public-private partnerships, especially in tourism promotion activities and development of tourism products are discussed at the summits.
In the area of human resource development, the leaders agreed to promote joint programs between universities and foreign language training institutes. They also stressed on the exchange of programs as well as promote the mutual recognition of diplomas between the four countries.
