The equipment transfer was agreed at the 2nd Vietnam-Lao ministry of foreign affairs meeting in Hanoi last month. The 220 thousand USD batch, included 2 speedboats , 4 explosives and chemical detection machines, 20 desktop PCs and laptops. Apart from the equipment, Vietnam will provide additional help in Laos fulfilling its chairmanship of ASEAN.
