This is the first factory in Vietnam that combines producing crude and refined vegetable oil.
With European-standard production line, the factory is expected to produce 80 million tonnes of refined oils and 270,000 tonnes of materials for animal food processing each year.
The plant is scheduled to go into operation by March 2018, creating jobs for 400 people.
