The contest aimed to create a healthy and beneficial online playground related to professional work, in order to introduce a dynamic, professional, and modern VTV to the public, especially the young audience.
This was also an opportunity for members of the Yuth Union to show their ideas, creativity, talent, and pride in their workplace - the National Television - through their entries. The contest contributed to promoting the movement "Building a cultural environment in press agencies".
The entries were in video format, ranging from 2 to 5 minutes, expressing the workers' affection and pride for their workplace and VTV in general; the culture, identity, and professional characteristics of their units; the solidarity and attachment of workers to VTV; and the audience's love for the network.
