The play has many achievements, including winning the best director award for meritorious artists Nguyen Phuong Nhi and Bach Quoc Khanh. But one thing that made people more proud and admired was the strong resilience facing disease and the love for puppetry of meritorious artist Phuong Nhi.
The inanimate puppets would come alive under the hands of the artists. The passion for puppetry is something that helps artists like Phuong Nhi and her colleagues continue with the profession, bring traditional Vietnamese culture to the world.
