The Secondary Cities Development Project II will be implemented in five years in Ha Giang, Thua Thien Hue and Vinh Phuc Provinces. According to the ADB, the entire project will trial integrated urban development and environment improvement through implementation of green city action plans. The project aims at expanding traffic networks, upgrading urban infrastructure services, improving environmental quality as well as boosting trade, business, tourism activities of local residents.
