He said that Belarus will continue to honor agreements made during President Quang's trip to the nation in June 2017.
Acting President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh thanked Belarus' government and people for offering their sympathy. The host also stressed that Vietnam wants to foster economic and trade ties with Belarus.
