World leaders and diplomats pay respects to late Vietnamese State President

VTV.vn - On Wednesday, embassies and international representative offices in Vietnam held a ceremony to pay respect to late State President Trần Đại Quang and opened a book of condolence for his funeral.

In the condolence book, representatives of these countries highlighted the contributions of State President Tran Dai Quang in multilateral and bilateral foreign affairs during his nearly two and a half years as President.
