78% of SMEs in Vietnam advertise online

This was a collaboration between Facebook, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the World Bank. The survey in Vietnam showed that small businesses feel more confident in the performance of the business at an international level. 48% of small and medium-sized enterprises feel optimistic about the current direction (42% higher than the global average) and 69% feel optimistic about the future. In fact, 78% of businesses use online tools to advertise potential customers.

This survey serves as a new source of information for small and medium-sized enterprises in the learning process and aims to improve the quality of business.
