These modern houses are larger and more convenient compared to the low-quality accommodation they used to have. Around 20 households in Đăk Hà District have received support funding for their new houses. Each support package was worth 50 million VND or 2000 USD. Families that are low-income or unable to produce labour were considered eligible. Not only are these Tet presents a financial boost but also a great moral boost for these disadvantaged households. The donated funding to over 700 families in Kon Tum came from many organizations and individuals.
