Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh highlighted the significance of the Tra Bong and Western Quang Ngai Uprising in relation to the revolutionary movement in military zone 5 and other localities in the central and southern regions. At the ceremony, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presented the Labour Order, second class, to Tra Bong district. On the occasion, the gong art of the Cor ethnic group in Tra Bong district was also honored as a national intangible cultural heritage.
