The Vietnamese delegation will be led by Minister of Defense General Ngô Xuân Lịch and the Chinese delegation will be led by General Wei Fenghe, Minister of National Defense of the People’s Republic of China. This year’s exchange program includes the following activities: friendship talks, cultural exchanges, and performances between border protection forces, local administrations and local people on both sides of the border.
