5.91% of foreigners to Viet Nam assessed their experience as normal and 0.63% felt dissatisfied. The investigation aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of tourist statistics work.
In recent years, the number of foreign tourists to Viet Nam witnessed fast growth, contributing more than 20 billion USD per year to the economy.
In the first half of this year, 7.9 million foreign visitors travelled to Vietnam, a year-on-year increase of 27.2%.
