The province has required all workers to be tested for Sars-Cov-2 before returning to work and asked enterprises to organize a social-distancing working schedule and concentrated accommodations.
Experts and skilled workers who reside outside factories will be allocated separate accommodations and vehicles.
Drivers must also test negative for COVID-19 and their vehicles must meet pandemic prevention regulations.
