Cao Bang, Yen Bai, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Tri, Lao Cai, Quang Ngai, Ha Nam, Binh Dinh, and Tuyen Quang submitted requests for the subsidy.
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs will collate demand from other provinces until January 20th. The distribution of rice will support struggling families during the lunar new year period.
