After a couple of months, the first legal documents guiding the implementation of these laws have been introduced, laying the foundation for more transparent trading and investment activities in this sector.

According to CBRE, the real estate market showed some positive developments in the first half of this year. Notably, the number of condo units launched increased by 174% year-on-year in Ho Chi Minh City, and 91% in Hanoi, with relatively high absorption rates. The market is forecast to pick up further as the legal framework becomes more complete.
