The plan for issuing government bonds in 2016 has just been adjusted, with the total value of bonds issued increasing from 220 trillion VND to 250 trillion VND (11.2 billion USD).
Government bonds with five-year terms see the largest increase, up to 6.5 billion USD.
Meanwhile, bonds with terms of three years, 10 years, 20 years and 30 years all decreased. As planned, the Ministry of Finance will raise 3 billion USD from international bonds in case domestic fund raising measures do not have expected results.
