At the event, the ministers approved the economic co-operation programme, which will last for 5 years with the aim to support small and medium enterprises in ASEAN.
The ASEAN ministers and the ASEAN-Canada Business Council also agreed to double the current trade turnover of 19 billion Canadian dollars between the two sides by 2020.
