Thay lời tri ân 2023 (Instead of Words of Gratitude 2023): "I Choose Teaching"

VTV.vn - Telling humble stories about the teaching profession, the program took the audience through various emotional experiences, instilling gratitude and pride for the silent heroes, the "ferrymen" of education.

The program commemorating Vietnam's Teachers' Day, Thay lời tri ân 2023 (Instead of Words of Gratitude 2023), was broadcast live on VTV2 channel at 8:00 pm on November 19, featuring poignant stories about the teaching profession.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Trần Hồng Hà, Minister of Education and Training Nguyễn Kim Sơn, Director General of Vietnam Television Lê Ngọc Quang, Deputy Head of the Communication and Education Committee of the Party Central Committee Lê Hải Bình, and representatives from various central and local ministries and departments. More than 300 exemplary teachers, representing the one million educators nationwide, also participated in the program.

With the theme "I Choose Teaching", the program served as a heartfelt thank you to generations of teachers across the country through images and touching stories of teachers dedicating themselves to their beloved students.

Each story in the program is an individual piece, but together they form a complete picture, allowing us to see the brightness, optimism, and pride of teachers who have chosen the teaching profession.

They are like silent boatmen, silent in thought, in action, in dreams. They have silently propelled countless generations of students to soar high, far into new realms of knowledge. The most precious gift students offer their teachers is success. Their every step, their every advance, all bear the imprint of their teachers.
