The light rain could not even discourage citizens from attending the opening ceremony and becoming the first to check out the venue. This year's event features many new exhibits and activities.
Many chicken-themed installations as tall as 3m have been dedicated to the Year of the Rooster. For the first time ever, these exhibits can move and make sounds, increasing interactivity with visitors. The organisers have also set up 6 photo stations with 3D props across the flower road. The flower road will be open till the 4th day of the Lunar New Year.
