The website aims to improve the effectiveness of social, unemployment and health insurance transactions, as part of the VSI’s efforts to reform its administrative procedures. Prime Minister Dung praised the VSI’s efforts to cut insurance payment times from 335 to 235 hours a year, with VSI setting an ambitious target of just 49.5 hours per year for such procedures by late 2015, on par with the ASEAN-6 group average.
