Criminal situation remains complicated

The latest Government reports on crime prevention reveal that the crime rate has decreased significantly, thanks to efforts of authorities and polices at all levels. However, the situation remains complicated. Criminal gangs are still operating under various forms, like illegal gambling businesses offering loans at high rates.
