These new regulations are related to the laws on organisation of government and local authorities, laws on national auditing and budgeting, and some other laws on social affairs.
Most noticeable changes include the required age for national military service to range from 18 to 27, the voting rights for People’s Council representatives at provincial level granted to people currently in prison, undergoing supervised education and medical rehabilitation institutions.
The new laws, resolutions and ordinances will be effective from January 1st next year at the earliest.
