These two road projects are vital to socio-economic development, tourist attraction and national security and defence activities in the southernmost province of the country.
The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and incumbent and former leaders of the State and Party. The route has a total length of nearly 60km.
