Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh congratulated to the two sides for successful holding the forum.
Minh also proposed Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations and Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries continue to organise exchange activities, contributing to the co-operation of the fields which progressed substantially, as well as maintaining peace and stability in the East Sea, boosting comprehensive strategic co-operation between Vietnam and China.
Xiaolin said that China’s government and people appreciated the development in relations between the two countries and will continue to promote the Vietnam - China relation in the coming time.
