The government pointed out challenges for Vietnam enterprises as 80% of them have ignored the ASEAN market. Moreover, PM stressed that more mechanisms and policies must be adopted to raise investment capital from different sources instead of relying on state budget.
Inferior levels need to strengthen management of scientific and technological activities, encourage the application of science and technology in raising productivity, quality and competitiveness of goods.
PM Dung also asked for further reforms of administrative procedures in order to improve the business environment while enhancing the application of information technology in state agencies to increase transparency and openness.
