Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Hoang Binh Quan led a delegation on a working visit to Palestine, Israel, and Egypt from November 9th to 17th, with a view to strengthen relations. During his meetings with Middle Eastern leaders. Quan spoke on Vietnam’s recent developments, as well as key Party and State policies, noting that hopes to strengthen friendship and all-around ties with Palestine, Israel, and Egypt.
