The Nationals Assembly will the CHAIR of the National Assembly, and chair of the National Election Council by secret ballot.
The National Assembly Standing Committee has submitted the proposal to the National Assembly to elect the NA chair and chair of the National Election Council. Many NA deputies were confident that the incoming chair would carry on the good work of their predecessor.
The process for the election of the key positions has been considered reasonable by many NA deputies.
The National Assembly will start vote on NA chair and Chair of the National Election Council in a ballot on Thursday 31st March. The new NA Chair on 31st March will also take the oath as prescribed by the Constitution.
