HCM CITY – The last two spans of  Nhị Thiên Đường Bridge No. 1 in HCM City’s District 8 were connected on Tuesday (Sept 5), with an expected opening date scheduled for October 15.

Nearly 90 per cent of the construction of the bridge, 161 metres long and 12 metres wide, has been completed.
