Mosquito spraying is being carried out in HCMC. However, killing mosquito larva is the crucial step in the Zika outbreak control. All tanks and water containers must be emptied, as instructed by the Healthcare sector.
Currently, there are 29 Zika infected cases in HCMC. In November and December, mosquito spraying will be carried out two to three times per week. The mosquito killing activities take place on Saturday and Sunday.
