The case took place in June of last year and involved the Tan Thuan company signing the transfer of 30 hectares of land to the Quoc Cuong Gia Lai company for 1.29 million Vietnamese dong per square meter. According to experts, the price paid for the land was much lower than the average price in that area and that the deal has many abnormalities. The Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has decided to deal with the transfer of the land in accordance with the law. A final conclusion has yet to be made.
