The three packages will create an expressway section of over 63km running through Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoaprovince with a total investment of over VND12.1 trillion, including VND7.6 billion of construction and equipment costs.
Package 10-XL including the survey and construction design will be conducted by the Xuan Truong Construction Company and Son Hai Group with a bid price of over VND1,6 trillion.
Package 12-XL will be implemented by the Deo Ca Group, Hai Thach Construction Company and Hoang Long Construction Corporation with a bid price of over VND1.3 trillion.
Package 13-XL will be carried out by the Truong Son Construction Corporation, Phuong Thanh Transport Construction and Investment, and the Truong ThinhGroup with a winning price of over VND1.2 trillion.
Upon its completion, the project is expected to shorten the journey from Ninh Binh to Thanh Hoa, contribute to handling traffic congestion and reducing frequent traffic accidents on National Highway 1A.
The project is also expected to promote passenger and cargo transportation between the northern key economic region and the central region as well as from the North to the South.
