Water shortage in Sapa demands new water factory

VTV.vn - Sapa was officially recognised as a key national tourism site, with 2.5 million tourists arriving per year. However, the locality is facing a water supply shortage.

About two thirds of locals live with little water for use everyday, not to mention the demands of millions of tourists every year. The factory may see completion in five years.
