VTV.vn - Vietnam Television (VTV) has thoroughly prepared and coordinated the efforts of several professional departments.

The parade and march to  commemorate the 50th anniversary of  the liberation of the South and reunification of the country will be held on the morning of April 30. This is one of the most significant political and social events in Vietnam, showcasing the strength of national solidarity and honoring the sacrifices of generations who fought for the country's independence and freedom.  In order to authentically and vividly convey these historic moments to millions of viewers, VTV has mademeticulous    preparations   in collaboration with numerous technical units.

A large-scale live television program with high standards and serious investment. Hundreds of dedicated professionals are working at full speed to deliver historic images to the entire nation during the military parade and march marking the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

From the skies over Thong Nhat (Reunification) in Ho Chi Minh City to the intense training grounds across the country, for dozens of days, alongside the tireless drills of officers and soldiers, the VTV production team has also worked tirelessly, hour by hour, to carry out the preparations.

For the first time, 46 cameras will provide viewers with a variety of extraordinary angles, from helicopters,  to the tops of the city’s tallest buildings, to close-ups of the determined marching steps of military and police officers. Augmented Reality (AR) graphics will also be integrated into select frames. Additionally, an advanced  audio recording system with 100 independently operated microphones will be deployed along Le Duan Street and other key locations. All installations are being completed with great urgency and utmost focus.

First, it’s our responsibility to ensure the audience can feel the strength, spirit, and continuous growth of the People’s Army and People’s Public Security forces after 50 years of reunification. Second, we aim to faithfully convey the spirit of national unity, the spirit of North-South as one, and the essence of Vietnamese culture and identity in this new era”.

VTV has partnered with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, departments in Ho Chi Minh City, and provincial broadcasters in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc, to ensure all conditions are in place to capture  this historic national event.

On the 50th  anniversary  of national reunification, viewers across the country eagerly anticipate a grand program reflecting their national pride. Thanks to VTV’s preparation, the parade and march will not only be broadcast live on national television but will also be widely shared across VTV’s digital content ecosystem. In particular, on the national digital platform VTVgo, in addition to the main television signal, viewers will enjoy an enhanced experience with the ability to select different video streams to follow specific formations in the parade.

This is not just about reporting or broadcasting images. Through these powerful visuals, VTV is poised to help recount and continue writing the proud history of Vietnam in the new era, a time of national resurgence and aspiration.
