The activity was jointly held by the Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Blood Banks Club.
More than 500 school staff members and students of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy took part in the blood donation day. All of the blood units collected at the event will be submitted to Hue Central Hospital, which will then be distributed to hospitals in the central coastal area.
The event has contributed to helping patients in need of blood for treatment, especially for emergency cases.
