Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Laos Vatthana Dalaloi appreciated Vietinbank Laos' business results and social contributions in Laos, saying that the opening of the Champassak branch was an important step in the bank's business expansion plan as Champassak is one of provinces with the high economic growth rate.
